Forlifa Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Accurate Registration Information You agree to provide truthful and complete information. Forlifa reserves the right to withhold commissions if the account is determined to be non-personal or information is false.

2. Prohibited Advertising Practices You are strictly prohibited from bidding on "Forlifa" branded keywords (including variations and misspellings) on Google, Bing, or any paid traffic platforms. Violation will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

3. Authorized Use of Content (The "Influencer Asset" Clause) By participating, you grant Forlifa (HK) Technology Co., Limited and its affiliates a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, and perpetual license to:

  • Repost, edit, and use your content for Forlifa’s global marketing (Social Media, Website, Ads, Email).

  • Use your name and likeness (portrait rights) associated with the content created for the Program.

  • Take legal action against unauthorized third parties who steal or use your Forlifa-related content.

  • Note: I changed "Exclusive" to "Non-exclusive" to make it easier for influencers to sign, while still keeping your right to use it forever.

4. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (or the State of California if you prefer US jurisdiction).

What’s your return policy? All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure all returns include any accessories and are returned in the original packaging. For returns not related to product quality, a $5 restocking and shipping fee will be applied.

How long does it take to receive a refund? Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, you will recieve a full refund to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
