Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests for orders placed directly on the official Forlifa website. If you purchased from a third-party retailer or platform, please follow that retailer's return process.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email csteam@forlifa.com with your order number, the email address used for the order, and the reason for your request. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include clear photos of the product and shipping label.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to request a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. For non-quality-related returns, a $5 restocking and shipping fee may apply.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue an approved refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
