We accept return requests only for orders placed directly on the official Forlifa website. If you purchased from a third-party retailer or platform, please follow their return process.

What’s your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. For non-quality-related returns, a $5 restocking and shipping fee may apply.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
