Shipping Policy
We process all Forlifa orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track the status by logging into your account on our website.
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped.
Currently, we ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.

We do our best to ship items together, but depending on availability, items may be shipped in separate packages. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each package.
6. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
7. I received the wrong item. What should I do?
